filling your swimming pool or spa under stage 3 water restrictions

If you have a pool or spa contract signed on or before Sunday 17th of December 2006,
you can still submit a water conservation plan to your local water authority to have your
pool or spa filled.

Once stage 4 Restrictions are introduced, signed construction contracts (dated prior to 18th December 2006) will NOT enable a right to fill from ‘mains’ supply- an alternate water source must be used.

if you Order a Pool or Spa after Sunday 17th December 2006

All contracts signed after Sunday 17th December 2006 are subject to stage 3 water restrictions.

Stage 3 Water Restrictions prohibit the filling of new residential pools and spas from the
reticulated system ‘mains’ – tap, however we are allowed to fill your swimming pool and
or spa from a safe and environmentally friendly source – bore water.
